They have created a product allowing companies to give employees instant access to therapy - whenever they might need it. The rest of the team was made up of developers, a product lead, Business Analyst and others. I helped decide and shape the direction of new features alongside a product lead. As part of a new product roadmap our aim was to increase engagement across the platform, and the focus in this project was around early engagement in the sign up process. Being part of the NatWest Group, it benefits from a large user base and a continuous stream of new features. I was brought on as a contractor to help test and launch a new flow for their upcoming quoting feature.
